Ingredients

Biggar Original Gin, Cointreau, lemon juice.

Instructions (serves 2)

The White Lady is best served in a coupe or cocktail glass.

1. Pour the cocktail (serves 2) into a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds
3. Strain into a cocktail or coupe glass
   
4. Garnish with the provided orange wheel

The White Lady’s origins are contested, but it’s most often credited to Harry MacElhone at Harry’s New York Bar in Paris during the 1920s. A refined mix of gin, orange liqueur, and lemon juice, it’s a shining example of golden-age cocktail elegance.
