Ingredients

Biggar Original Gin, Tayport Blackcurrant Liqueur, lemon juice.

Instructions (serves 2)

The Bramble is best served in a rocks glass with crushed ice.

1. Pour the cocktail (serves 2) into a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds
3. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice
   
4. Garnish with the provided blackberries
   

The History of the Bramble

Another gift from Dick Bradsell in 1980s London, the Bramble was inspired by childhood blackberry-picking on the Isle of Wight. A balance of gin, lemon, sugar, and blackberry liqueur, it’s a modern British classic that’s as refreshing as it is beautiful.
