Ingredients

Biggar Original Gin, Honey, lemon juice.

Instructions (serves 2)

The Bee's Knees is best served in a coupe or cocktail glass.

1. Pour the cocktail (serves 2) into a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds
3. Strain into a cocktail or coupe glass
   
4. Garnish with the provided lemon wheel
   

The History of the Bee's Knees

Born in the Prohibition era, the Bee’s Knees masked the harshness of illicit gin with lemon juice and honey. Believed to have been created in Paris around 1929, it remains a sweet-tart delight that still exudes charm today.
