Ingredients

Biggar Original Gin, Elderflower cordial, lime juice, Tayport Raspberry Liqueur.

Instructions (serves 2)

The Gimlet is best served in a coupe or cocktail glass.

1. Pour the cocktail (serves 2) into a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds
3. Strain into a cocktail or coupe glass
   
4. Garnish with the provided lime wheel

The Gimlet gained popularity with the British Navy in the late 19th century, mixed initially with lime juice to prevent scurvy. We’ve brightened the recipe with elderflower and raspberry for a floral, fruit-laced take on this crisp and classic cocktail.
