Espresso Martini

Smooth cold brew coffee and Biggar Cold Brew Mocha Liqueur shaken with ice for a silky texture. Use a cocktail shaker or any sealed container. Strain into a coupe and top with three coffee beans.

Taste: cacao, roasted coffee, gentle sweetness.

Serve size: 100 to 120 ml. ABV: 20%.

Elderflower and Raspberry Gimlet

Floral and tart with a red-berry lift. Shake with ice, strain into a coupe, and garnish with a raspberry or orange coin.

Taste: elderflower, raspberry, lime.

Serve size: 90 ml. ABV: 20%.

Nettle Daiquiri

Scottish nettle syrup and lime with our rum for a crisp, green note. Shake with ice in a cocktail shaker, then fine strain.

Taste: lime, herbaceous nettle, light molasses.

Serve size: 90 ml. ABV: 20%.

Mojito

Mint and lime with rum in a long pour format. Shake with ice, strain over fresh ice in a tall glass, and top with soda. Add mint and a lime wedge.

Taste: fresh mint, lime, light rum.

Serve size: 125 ml. ABV: around 10 % when topped with soda.

Bramble

Blackberry and lemon over gin. Shake with ice in a cocktail shaker or sealed jar, then strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice. Garnish with a blackberry or raspberry.

French Martini

Fruity and smooth with our Old Tom Gin, raspberry liqueur, and pineapple. Shake with ice in a cocktail shaker or sealed jar, then fine strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with raspberry.
